Presale Orders
Items marked “Presale” are not yet in stock. Payment is collected at checkout.
Estimated shipping window: 2–3 months from the order date (this is an estimate and may change).
Orders containing both presale and in-stock items ship together with the presale item by default. If you’d like a split shipment, contact us at bornwildinc@gmail.com —additional postage may apply.

Order Processing Times

In-stock items: 1–3 business days to pack and hand off to the carrier.

Presale items: Ship during the window noted above and on the product page/cart/checkout.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your label is created.
Shipping Rates & Methods
We ship from the United States via USPS/UPS (and DHL for select international destinations).
Exact rates are shown at checkout. You may see options such as Economy, Standard, or Express depending on your address and cart weight.
At checkout, some rates may display a note like “Presale — Ships in 2–3 months.”
This is to ensure you see the presale timeline before paying.
Delivery Estimates
Transit times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and do not include our processing time or the presale wait period. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive in 3–8 business days depending on the service selected.
Address Changes
Entered the wrong address? Email bornwildinc@gmail.com with your order number and correct address as soon as possible.
We can update addresses before a shipping label is created. After that, changes are not guaranteed.
Lost / Damaged / Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office.

If it’s still missing after 3 business days, contact us at [support email] and we’ll help open a carrier investigation.

Damaged in transit? Email photos of the packaging and item within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
Please note: Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We’ll do our best to help, but replacements/refunds for stolen packages are not guaranteed.
International Shipping (if enabled)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.
Customs processing may extend delivery timelines beyond the carrier’s estimate.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
USPS can deliver to PO Boxes and most APO/FPO/DPO addresses; some services (UPS/Express) cannot. If your selected rate is incompatible, we may contact you to change the method.
Split Shipments
By default, we ship orders in one parcel. If you request a split shipment (e.g., in-stock now, presale later), additional postage may be required.
